Futuristic City

Aiming at show the city's qualities to potential tourists, Futuristic City is a 3d animation project targeted at attracting more tourists to the selected city. The project is based on the existing city conditions and boldly imagines the qualities of the future city, presenting a bold but realistic image of the city to the tourists. To capture the key features of the city and present them in a creative way to sightseers, plenty of research including but not limited to using Google Maps as the tool to collect information about local architecture, learning local culture and analyzing other cities' tourist promotion films has been done. Through the process of feature extraction, outline simplification and bold imagination and material selection, the film is ultimately presented to the public.
